Dataswyft team is a fully remote, distributed team (like our technology!) across 8 time zones and we believe in the culture of building the capability of individuals to become independent units that they can build into a business of their own. Whether that is now because they are already an expert in their field and can contract as an independent contractor, or in 10 years, because there is more capability and knowledge building required, we believe that the future of human development is by building equity in our own “micro firms”.
